The following workout is from: http://fit-to-row.tumblr.com/ . This is just an idea of some ways to get moving, especially if you don't have much time during the day to fit in a "formal" workout. Any movement is better than none, right? RIGHT! If you made time to watch your favorite show, certainly you can incorporate these moves into the mix. What else would you do during the boring commercial breaks?? Go to the fridge? :-)
Smile! You just got a workout in...don't you feel GREAT?!

......another easy way to get a little bit of exercise in your day... is by when picking something up... instead of bending down.. stand straight and w/out bending your knees to pick up the item... and while you are doing it.. do it at least ten times... each time.. it's another way to get a little workout in...also try to get your head to touch your knees.. and once you get there count to 20.. and feel the blood flow to your head top... these creates oxygen to brain.... Gr8 info...keep up the Excellent Work!!!..♥♥♥
